Yoga is the path of self-development, whose roots date back to ancient human history. It originates from India and was formed during the formation of civilization.

Yoga is one of the oldest traditions of self-improvement and development of internal cultivated by man. The word yoga has many meanings. Of the three most important ones - the first is subjugation, understood as the mastery of one's own body and mind. It involves the realization of desires and impulses that are part of our existence, and mastering them in such a way as not to interfere in personal development, and even contribute to the deepening.

Healthy lifestyle


Healthy lifestyle is a way of life, which aims to ensure optimal health and minimize the risk of the disease called social.

The most important element of a healthy lifestyle is properly balanced diet that will provide the appropriate amounts of not only the nutrients (proteins, fats and carbohydrates), as well as fiber, vitamins and minerals. Healthy eating is also eating 5 meals at regular intervals (every 3-4 hours). The breakfast should eat within 30 minutes of getting out of bed, a dinner for 2 hours before bedtime. Composing meals, it is best to choose the least processed products, because they do not contain food additives.

An important part of a healthy lifestyle is the right amount of sleep during which the body regenerates, and the brain is resting. Also important is the quality of sleep. In the room where we sleep temperature should be around 21-22 degrees Celsius and should be well aired. Otherwise, we wake up with a headache. Regular exercise - walking, cycling, roller blading, jogging - prevents the accumulation of body fat and overweight. During exercise the blood flows faster in the blood vessels, so that tissues are better supplied with blood and oxygenated. In addition they secrete hormones of happiness - endorphins, serotonin, which improves mood.


The use of stimulants has a negative effect on health. While cigarette smoking is generated plenty of free radicals that damage tissue cells, accelerate the aging process and cause cancers (mouth, stomach, bladder).
