All of this causes a lot of funny situations.

Romantic comedy and at the time the conflict  stereotyping on the inside and outside of Spain, on the inhabitants of Andalusia and the Basque Country. The authors of the screenplay (the Basques) is not afraid to tackle difficult subjects, and the popularity he had gained this film testifies to the fact that the Spaniards are able to laugh at themselves from each other. Gone girl - Gillian Flynn

Disappeared the girl - beautiful, smart Amy, Amy unusual. Nick's wife, ideal woman. Is kidnapped from home on the 5th anniversary of the wedding, torn from their ideal marriage. He immediately gets the headlines, information appears on television - America loves her. Through the media  begins to hate Nick - the only suspect, few media, silent husband. In the end, usually the husband is guilty - Nick just fits perfectly to the figure of evil.

In "Gone Girl" Nothing is obvious, nothing is what it seems, almost everything is manipulation and nothing happens without a purpose. There is no form of good and bad, there is the guilty and the innocent, everyone has their sins - for which some will have to answer. The marriage of Nick and Amy is not so perfect, everyone has a story about it. The case of each party gets complicated, everything is changing like a kaleidoscope.

"Gone Girl" is a thriller, but also a portrait of a family of related toxic relationship, based on mutual dependency where everything is fake. It is hard to talk about the family. Gillian Flynn shows that in every people  there is evil, and hides it sometimes under the guise of a beautiful - even though it pretends love, passion, devotion. And it can not be easy to unmask. This is a book about the relationship, which is a struggle - in which someone has to win and subdue the other side.

The book is divided into two relationships - husband and wife, also in the first half of the book we get to know the contents of the diary Amy before disappearing - the whole period of the marriage of the main characters. The beginning of the book is planned so that was rather getting to know the characters, it is a thorough description of primarily Nick and Amy. It is running parallel investigation, but we do not know any details of it - just as much as reaching out.

Gillian Flynn managed to create something more than just a drama, something more than just a thriller, but most of all: more than just a book entertainment. In this book it was concluded some truth - about the people and about the relations which are bound, for the intentions that are almost never crystal clear. The book amazed me. The author has created creations so compelling, real, and each element of film was a new piece of the puzzle.

Based on the book was a film with Rosamund Pike and Ben Affleck.

Detox of the body.

After the winter, we need a detox of the body. To help cleanse the body of toxins and quickly get rid of harmful chemicals, we can use different methods of detoxification.

Detox spring is useful to everyone. But how do you know that our body is an excess of toxins? Detox is ideal preparation for the spring if:

1. Often we feel exhausted.
2. We have a trouble with concentrating.
3. We have problems falling asleep.
4. The nails are brittle and dry hair.
5. We smoking.
6. We drink alcohol.
7. We eat a lot of red meat.
8. The smell of our bodies is unpleasant.
9. We have digestive problems.
10. Our legs are heavy.
11. We have skin problems.

Avoiding all the toxins from the body is not possible. We inhale them from the air and "eat" in the meals. If the cells of our body occur bad chemical reactions, our body produces toxins. Of course, our building provides self-cleaning with harmful compounds, but accumulated during the winter, we can gather so much of these substances that without adequate support internal organs will not be able to expel them. Natural purification of the body takes place in the urinary tract and respiratory tract. However, it is not enough. Therefore it is recommended to detoxify the body several times a year.

An example of a detox diet is fruit and vegetables. This type of detox involves eating properly prepared and selected vegetables and fruits with low glycemic index. Meals on which it is based cleansing diet should not contain more than 600 calories. During the detox should not drink coffee, tea, alcohol and smoke cigarettes.

Element to aid detox the body is sport. They are not needed daily exercises, is enough for example, every second day walk, gym, swimming - whatever each of us likes.

Pharmacies offer a number of detox supplements. They are often complex products to support the functioning of the body, improve the condition and care for the preservation of health.

Detoxification of the body in the spring should last a full two weeks, but after a few days, our body starts to work differently. Cleansing the body that coordinated action - should be based on diet and exercise. Only a comprehensive effort can bring the expected result - better mood and a feeling of lightness.

Vegetarianism

Vegetarianism is commonly understood as not eating meat, in fact, it means more. This specific lifestyle combined with a special diet. Although the motives of breaking with the traditional way of eating may be different, regardless of whether the decision of non-eating of meat stems from the belief that man should not kill animals, snobbery, or fascination with Buddhism, the transition to a vegetarian diet should always be associated with the change of mindset , a departure from the customary stereotypes and replacing them with new patterns.

Vegetarians consciously and carefully compose a diet, because they know what to eat to stay healthy and in good shape. They do not smoke cigarettes, do not drink alcohol, limit coffee and tea. They lead an active lifestyle, they play sports. Many of them work on the improvement of personality. As a result, they are calm, friendly to people and the world.

More and more people stop eating meat. The reasons for the transition to a vegetarian diet are different: an ethical, ecological, religious, philosophical, but mostly of vegetarians eliminate meat from diet in the belief that it is unhealthy. Proponents of vegetarianism argue that contained in meat all the nutrients can be successfully obtained from plant products. It is true. Reasonably placed plant-based diet not only does not cause negative changes in the body, but also reduces the risk of many diseases of civilization.

In order for the body to function properly, it needs many nutrients: protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and water. It is important to its size, aspect ratio, and the quality. The demand for food is highly dependent on the age, anatomy, lifestyle, metabolism, and finally taste preferences. More energy needs to a person who regularly trains in the gym, less hanging out for hours in front of the TV. Other need for vitamins and elements has a growing baby's body, and other adult. There is no universal diet. What's good for one, the other can not serve. That is why a vegetarian diet should be selected individually, so that the body does not lack anything.

A vegetarian diet is very healthy. Vegetarians compared to the rest of the population does not suffer from obesity, have low blood cholesterol, lower blood pressure and much less likely to threaten them with heart disease, diabetes, atherosclerosis and osteoporosis. Health problems vegetarians sometimes result from the deficiency of some nutrients in the diet, especially vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron, and zinc. To avoid shortages, should be included in the diet of foods rich in vitamins and minerals. If it is necessary, it is advisable taking supplements and vitamin supplements.
