Affair, is a Spanish comedy film directed by Emilio Martínez Lázaro.
Rafa is a typical inhabitant of Andalusia, which in Seville nothing is missing. It has everything what he loves: wine jerez, brilliantine and beautiful women. Meeting with proof against of its charms, temperamental Amaia from Basque Country turns the world upside down. Rafa leaves Andalusia and going to a small town in the Basques Country to find the girl in which he fell in love. Later coincidences forced Rafa to pretend Basque. All of this causes a lot of funny situations.

For the role of the father of the main character - a sailor who hates southerners, Karra Elejalde won the Goya for Best Supporting Actor. Well-known Polish audience Carmen Machi charmed the audience and the jury awarding statuettes Goya role of "mother" of Rafa.
