The main character is  Ronnie Miller. Three years ago, the world has changed. The reason was his father, Steve, a talented pianist. He abandoned his career, giving up his post as a teacher in New York and returned to the town of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. His flight also marked the definitive end of a marriage Miller.

Deadly disease father, which contributes to a significant transformation of our heroine from the eternally dissatisfied seventeen in a sensitive, compassionate, mature teenager. It is all presented in a warm, wise and endearing.

"The Last Song" is written in simple language, and at the same time accompanied by a profound message. The book deals with the serious subject of which is the death  and the family's struggle to come to terms with the illness and death.

The Guardian

Julie Barnenson was widowed after four years of a wonderful marriage, in twenty-five years. Her husband left her a letter and ... puppy. The dog has to be from that moment, as a substitute for her husband, her guardian angel. The woman gives him the name Singer.

Four years later, Julie is sure to terms with the death of her husband. She managed to arrange everyday life without a husband, a dog is a great companion, and in life can count on the support of devoted friends.

One day on the way Julie to appear a handsome and confident Richard, but the singer does not accept him. But Mike, a friend of her husband  of Julie loves  and want to spend all day in the workshop of a man eating  hims sandwiches. After the few dates with Richard and Julie, he decided to try relationship with Mike, who is in love with her for some time, and thanks to a few coincidences pair begins to see in not only the friends.

Rejected Richard can not be forgotten, and the fascination turns into an unhealthy obsession. Obsessed with jealousy, hiding the dark secret of the man, changing the lives of Julie in a nightmare.

Thrilling, a good story. Author surpassed himself when it comes to psychological portrait of Richard. Every detail of his complex personality showed the depth of his madness, and the past seemed dark and strange.

Curious is that history is written from the perspective of several characters, not just Julie. As a result, we have the opportunity to look at some situations from the point of view of Richard, which is a really good idea. Everything is smooth, swift and book a nice read.

This is a novel about love and obsession. Threads has some incredible and a little magic moments but it does not prevent the positive reception of the book.

Summarizing, I recommend this book.

The benefits of travelling.

Saint Augustine told : “ The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page”. I agree with this quotation, because travelling is for me very important and it is a part of my life.

Traveling does not always have to involve big money. A very popular way is to couchsurfing. Couchsurfing is very popular among young people. It is a internet site ( www.couchsurfing.org ) where everyone can find overnight stay all over the world for free.

First of all, for me travelling is an opportunity to disconnect from my regular life. This is a time in year when I do not use the Internet, I am calm and I have a lot of time. For me, this is a method of relaxation away from the daily duties and tasks.

Traveling is a way for me to get to know new cultures. It is a way for me to change the perspective of seeing and understanding the world. Another aspect that is very important to me are memories. Each trip is experience and an unforgettable memory. Thanks traveling I can gain new experiences, meet new valuable people, make friends on the other side of the world.

For me, one of the most important benefits of traveling is that I can practice my foreign language. In my opinion the conversation in Spanish or English while traveling is the best way to test language skills in practice. This method allows for conversation in natural conditions, and topics that may never be discussed during the courses. It is also for me to test my language skills. First of all, this is a very easy, natural and enjoyable way of learning a foreign language.

Nowadays, it is a very popular to combine religious festivals with  holidays. Among my friends, the most popular are the trips in the Easter holidays abroad. This is a very convenient way to spend religious festivals with family in a place other than the family home. This type of trips have only positive side, because we spend time with family, relax and spending these days in a different way than traditionaly.

Another way of traveling is traveling alone. This is in my opinion this is the perfect idea for those who want some time to rest from family, friends and work as well as for people who lead busy lives.

In conclusion I would say that traveling has many positive aspects so everybody should leave and discover new places.

Qualities of a Person

Each person has individual character traits. Most of these features are certainly inherited from our family but I think many of the traits we have are dependent on us.

Firstly, here is a very interesting quotation by Shiloh Fernandez "Innately, there are qualities in human beings that are always repetitive. There are things like love and hate and jealousy that are just going to be there forever. " Love, jealousy and hatred are quote feelings that will be present in the world forever. In my opinion, these are some of the strongest and most intense emotions that rule the world and that can cause a lot of positive and negative situations.

Secondly, character traits are closely linked to our character and our personality. Our character is what determines every human being. Many of our features helps us in life and at the same time cause problems. In my opinion, we cannot  blame  all the world or character for that which cannot achieve anything. Our failure does not depend on our personality but on  how we are working on our character. There are many ways to change our character as there are many methods to their negative character traits to turn into our strong features. An example would be stubbornness. It is a negative character trait, but it can lead to something positive, for example, if we strive for own dreams, achieve goals and stops us. Another example can be self- confidence. It is a character trait that at certain moments can become negative, because no one should be too confident because it can lead to the fact that we will become  narcissists. Self-confidence can lead us to the world where we will be perceived as persons confident in their abilities, help finding a job or friends.

In conclusion, I would like to say that I think character mainly depends on us and on how we work on our character.

The choice

Travis Parker is a happy thirty-something man who lives as he likes. He spends his free time with friends, traveling and practice extreme sports, to feel the rush. He works as a  vet, he was doing it for him more pleasure than duty. His best friend is a dog. He have a  plans to have a family, but he do not want to change anything in your life. Gabby Holland is a doctor, which for her boyfriend, Kevin moves to a small town, so they can be closer together. Became independent, bought his own house, and she likes she's job. Although she is new in the area, but do not feel alone. Everything changes in the lives of both characters, when they to appreciate. The first meeting Travis and Gabby was not successful, but after clarifying certain ambiguities they both take more time to spend in his company. Travis finds a Gabby as interesting and intriguing woman. The characters spend together a lot of time - the more so that their homes are adjacent to each other. Things get complicated when the town goes back Kevin - boy of Gabby. Despite the deep affection, which the girl has for Travis, is not sure if it was him should spend the rest of  life.

End of the first part of the novel puts Gabby from having to choose between two men.

In the second part we know Travis reflections about the events that take place eleven years later. Only as far as learning the following topics individual elements of this extraordinary puzzle are beginning to fit together. Travis and Gabby are happily married. They have two lovely daughters. Everything is going as best until ... the choose. And here is the big surprise. Again, she need to choose ... This time Travis must face the difficult reality and the consequences of his decisions will have far-reaching consequences. His choice concerns matters most - living in constant anticipation or death ...

In fact, the second part of the book is its true value. Nicholas Sparks once again writes about real love, eternal, which will overcome everything and gives meaning to human life.
